The establishment process involves three different parties:

• Bizantium: We draw up the financial plan required by the notary, assist you with the tax structure of your company, and coordinate communication with all external parties.
• Notary: Drafts the articles of incorporation, takes care of UBO registration and registration in the Belgian Official Gazette
• Business counter: Takes care of CBE registration and VAT registration after the notarial incorporation.

• You pay Bizantium: our establishment fee + the amount for the business registration office (depending on the business registration office).
• You will receive an invoice from us for our share of the fee.
• You will receive a separate invoice from the business counter for their services.
• You pay the notary fees directly to the notary based on the statement of costs you receive via Bizantium.

The UBO registration is handled by our in-house notary as part of the incorporation process. You will hear about this directly from the notary, usually shortly after signing the deed of incorporation.

If you choose to work with a different notary, your accountant may have to complete the UBO registration.

Yes, the notary will send us the draft deed, after which we will upload it to the portal so that you can approve it digitally.

This is the moment when any adjustments can still be made.

The CBE registration and VAT registration are carried out by the enterprise counter after the notarial establishment. The enterprise counter can only start once the deed of incorporation has been executed and registered.

Yes, all costs are included in our quote:
